Service / Workshop Collection & Delivery Driver

Job Description

Based at our Rochdale Branch, we are looking to add a driver to principally assist in collecting and delivering customers cars for servicing and inter branch car re-locations.
As the face of the garage when meeting customers at their home or place of work you would be of smart appearance and able to communicate all their needs and expectations to the service team back on site. Likewise on the cars return, communicate to the customer all we have carried out to their car.
Working a 40 hour week some flexibility in hours would be expected to fit in with completion times, distances and traffic situations.
Essential competent and experienced driving abilities, as well as the option on occasion to operate a single car (3.5t) car transporter.

Job Details 

*Salary £24,960 (based on 40 hour week 08:30am – 5:00pm) additional time available & expected. Flexibility a must!
*28 days holiday (includes bank holidays)
*Pension scheme
*Subsidised new car lease option after 6 months 
*Clean UK driving license required (3 years minimum)
*Earliest start January

Trade Parts Advisor

Job Description

Premier are looking to appoint a trade parts advisor to look after our existing trade and body shop customers and develop new relationships within the North West motor trade.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of customer care.

Providing advice on parts availability, suitable parts to fit the customer’s requirements, ordering parts, monitoring and managing stock levels.

Arranging delivery and obtaining and processing payments in a timely manner in adherence to our policy, whilst maintaining accurate customer records on our systems.

Helpful skills and qualifications.

Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here − if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you;

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to take an initiative in supporting the after sales team as a whole.

• A passion for delivering an incredible experience to all, whether internal or external customers

• IT Skills including previous use of web systems, email and Microsoft excel

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Previous experience in a motor trade parts role

• Full UK driving licence

Be part of something new, in the last year we have expanded our “into the trade” parts business selling Kia, Suzuki, Mitsubishi and Isuzu genuine parts.

You will be supporting the current after sales teams in Hyde, Dukinfield and Rochdale, but based at the Hyde facility.
