Excellent Customer Service

Bought my latest car from Premier Mitsubishi and have to say the service I received was excellent,in particular Jourdan,made the whole process easy and nothing was too much trouble.Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a car, sight-unseen, from Premier Isuzu & Select Used Cars Manchester. I dealt with a very competent, polite & professional sales chap, called Jourdan. Figures were agreed, finance signed & sealed and the car delivered to us, free of charge ! Based 200 miles away & purchasing an expensive car without viewing first is always a concern, especially when doing it for the first time ! Such is the modern, click & collect world, I suppose. Jourdan was transparent, open and honest throughout, answering all of our questions and making us feel completely at ease. On arrival, the car really did exceed our expectations. It was prepared & presented to a very high standard, as promised, and all paperwork was present & correct. Highly commend Jourdan for a sterling job, his hard work & efficiency. Thank you. Couldn’t be happier & wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Premier Isuzu & Select used cars !

Kia Sportage from Rochdale branch

I contacted this Kia branch on Thursday1st of March, I had seen a Sportage on their website, the gentleman I spoke with was Charley Murton. He explained the car was a former demonstrator, I had been surprised to see a latest generation Sportage for sale so soon. I explained I wished to part exchange my current vehicle against a prospective purchase. I went to the dealership the following Tuesday, Charley was very welcoming and offered me a coffee, I needed it after having been at the mercy of a satnav for over an hour. He made me a very welcome offer on my vehicle and then we went for a test drive. Loved the car straight away. The negotiations were done professionally and efficiently, he then sorted out delivery to my home the following day, amazingly quickly. I have contacted him a couple of times since with a few questions he has continued to be extremely helpful each time. I am very impressed with this dealership and Charley in particular. A note to Charley your directions to get me home we’re spot on no need for the satnav and a half hour quicker!!

Premier are Amazing

The team at Premier are amazing, I can't praise them highly enough.  After I had a nasty puncture with damaged wheel last night they have sorted everything and got me back on the road by 10am!! Truly awesome, thanks Premier!!

Brilliant experience from start to finnish dealing with the team from Hyde especially Matt who couldn't have been more helpfull. Everything went very smoothly and the car is brilliant .Cann't believe the aftersales package that comes with the deal . In my 40 years of buying cars this is the best service I have ever had . A big thanks to Matt again it was like dealing with a friend I have known for years

Excellent Experience

From start to finish our experience of Premier Automobiles excellent. Our salesman Neil was professional, friendly and helpful and he made the buying experience easy. He talked us through the whole process, ensuring that we had all the information we required to help us decide on the right car for us. Despite being further away than other dealerships, we felt the journey to Premier was worth the extra mileage. Neil's honest, no flannel approach was reassuring and we will definitely go back to Premier in the future. In fact, we will be using their service department for our annual services.

Best Experience I've ever had

What can I say, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Never bought a car unseen before but Ahsan was fantastic, answered all my questions and made the whole process really easy. When I arrived to collect the vehicle it was lovely and clean, had enough fuel to get me back to Cumbria (which was greatly appreciated). Before I drove away Ahsan made sure I was au fait with all the controls etc. Highly recommend this garage.

Fantastic Company

Fantastic company to use, Ahsan has been brilliant throughout, doing everything possible even with issues caused by Suzuki… an issues that was completely out of the hands of Premier, but they all took it on themselves to rectify the issue as swiftly as possible. I have now bought two cars, a 72 plate Scross and a 20 plate Shogun Sports from Ahsan and Fred, and will be recommending Premier to everyone I know. They are a credit to Premier!

Best Overall Experience

Friendly team and relaxed with no pressure sales tactics. This is my third new Suzuki and this has been the best overall experience in purchasing thanks to the whole team.

Great service from Premier Suzuki Rochdale

First time I've ever bought a car without full inspection and test drive etc so was a little apprehensive. I was delighted with my Sx4 S cross however, which fully lived up to expectations. The delivery service was particularly helpful, saving me quite a hike from my home in Chester. The whole process was expertly overseen by Ahsan at Premier who was friendly, helpful and reassuring throughout.

Recently purchased a new Jimny which are as rare as chicken lips. Fred the manager was fantastic in all aspects of the purchase with the final hassle free, pressure free handling of the sale by Brian. Great experience. A highly recommended Suzuki dealer.

Excellent Service

Negotiated and bought a new Suzuki remotely having found a vehicle with the right spec. Fred Ajmi promised a stress free process and delivered exactly that including bringing forward the delivery date when our plans changed and sorting out a minor bodywork issue promptly - excellent service!

Definitely the place to go

Went to the motability department to choose our next car and met with Harrison, who was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, he was able to explain exactly how everything worked, there was no pressure or pushiness to rush , he was very knowledgeable and open about the process of changing the car and he was fantastic with our little boy, ensuring he had a drink and was ok. If you are looking for a car or a motability car, Harrison and the showroom team are definitely the place to go.

Helpful and Cheerful Staff

I had a problem with tyre pressure, I called into the showroom and all the staff were helpful, cheerful and it was a joy to be in this lovely environment.  They sorted the clearance of the tyre fault at no charge.

Great Experience

Had a really good experience with the team at Premier. I had purchased my new car from another Suzuki dealership and it was having problems they could not resolve. Got told to find another dealer. Fred at Premier was outstanding, got me booked in, was super friendly and even helped me order a few new parts of my new toy. The team clearly love what they do, and they've even told me they'll keep in touch as i wait for another part that may come out for new Jimny in 2022.

Will be using Premier in Rochdale for all my suzuki needs going forwards as they have been outstanding compared to the garage i bought the car from.

Very Satisfied

I purchased my Suzuki Swift remotely which comes with its own complexities. Ahsan and Fred were very helpful and whilst we did have an issue at point of delivery Fred went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied with the actions taken and the car. if you are thinking of buying a car from these these guys rest assured they wont let you down!
